[LIP#7] Enhancements to the Lattice Gateway DAO Governance Proposal and Rewards System

Fostering Community Engagement: Rewards for Successful Governance Proposals
At the heart of any successful DAO is an engaged community. To cultivate active participation, we propose implementing a rewards system that recognizes and incentivizes individuals who contribute successful governance proposals. We believe in streamlining the proposal creation process, making it accessible to all community members who have valuable insights and ideas to share.
Advancing the Lattice Gateway DAO: Incentives for Growth
To drive ongoing improvement, we aim to introduce incentives that inspire community members to actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the Lattice Gateway DAO. By rewarding efforts that enhance functionality, security, and overall effectiveness, we encourage continuous innovation and progress.
Tiered Rewards System: Recognizing Proposal Complexity and Impact
We understand the need for fairness and inclusivity in our rewards structure. Therefore, we propose implementing a tiered system that classifies rewards based on the complexity and impact of each governance proposal. This approach ensures that all contributions are acknowledged appropriately. Simple proposals would earn 500 LTX, moderately complex proposals would receive 2000 LTX, and highly intricate proposals would be rewarded with 4000 LTX. This multi-tiered approach encourages a diverse range of proposals and values the varying levels of effort and significance.
Transparent Decision-Making: The Proposal Committee Proposal
To ensure a transparent and accountable decision-making process, we introduce the Proposal Committee. This committee, comprised of experienced community members deeply familiar with the Lattice Gateway DAO ecosystem, will review and approve governance proposals. By embracing a committee structure, we enhance the objectivity and integrity of the decision-making process, ensuring the best interests of our community are upheld.

We understand the importance of providing enough time for community members to review and discuss the proposed enhancements. The voting process will commence on Friday, July 7th at 17:00 UTC and will continue for a duration of 7 days, providing enough time for participants to cast their votes.
